She serves as the founder of W3 Global Mission, a global non-denominational movement inspired by the John 4 Woman. With members across Africa, Europe, North America, and the Middle East, W3 Global is committed to discipling, equipping, and empowering individuals to live purposeful lives and advance God’s Kingdom agenda across every sphere of society.
Through her transformative coaching, Chinonso works with individuals in one-on-one and group settings, helping them unlock purpose, build spiritual maturity, and navigate life’s transitions with courage, clarity and audacity.
As the CEO of Lead for Good Africa, she drives leadership development and skill empowerment across the continent of Africa.
Under her leadership, thousands of youth and women have gained access to leadership and vocational training, entrepreneurial support, and interest-free microloans, breaking the cycle of poverty and sparking generational change.
She is also the host and producer of Conversations At The Well (airing on CBN, DSTV, Flame TV, and other networks), and the creator of She Leads Unfiltered, a podcast series igniting critical conversations around female leadership, faith, and African prosperity.
